My Demon Episode 9 Recap
My Demon’s most recent episode continues where the last one left off. Do Do-Hee and Demon Jung Gu-Won share a kiss and decide to spend the night together. The demon’s home’s clocks quit working at the same moment. The couple spends precious time together at Han River and goes on an early Christmas date the following day.
The demon talks about how he could never start to like God, even though he hadn’t met him. The demon serves as Do-Hee’s “guardian.” While dining at a restaurant, Do-Hee’s stepsister takes pictures of her from a distance. Do-Hee hears about someone but doesn’t give it much thought. She and the demon hear the same song that was played when the man in the mask nearly killed Do-Hee as they make their way back home.
The devil dances with her to divert her attention as she stands there in disbelief. Noh Sok-Min (Kim Tae-Hoon) and his son Noh Do-Gyeong (Kang Seung-Ho) are getting ready for the impending chairperson’s election. He tells his son that he needs to be well-prepared to take over someday. In contrast to his mother Madam Ju (Kim Hae-Sook), who preferred her adopted child Do-Hee, Sok-Min places great emphasis on having his blood manage the business.
The next day, Gu-Won requests that Do-Hee sign a document withdrawing Noh Seok-Min’s name from the election, and she gets ready to do so. She agrees when he asks her to hold off until they find the murderer. But the devil finds it difficult to refuel and questions why. In the interim, When Joo Seok-Hoon shows there, he reiterates his desire to learn Gu-Won’s true identity.
Gu-Won requests that the police sketch the killer, showing only half of his face because that is all the demon could see, while Do-Hee and her assistant head out for drinks. Upon obtaining the complete sketch, he requests that the Wild Dogs look for the offender. When Jin Ga-Yeong (Jo Hye-Joo) shows up, he begs Gu-Won to break up with Do-Hee. After issuing her one last warning, he departs.
